As our products are custom-designed and printed on demand, we do not accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing or shipping damage.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery via [email protected]
- Include order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description
- We will verify and issue a free replacement if eligible within 7-14 days.
We reserve the right to deny requests made after the 24-hour window or those that are not accompanied by proof.
